Terms of service

By using tuanis you agree to these terms. tuanis is operated by 7spoke. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

tuanis lets a manager create live polls, surveys, and quizzes and lets participants respond using a 6-digit code or QR. tuanis is currently invitation-only — manager accounts are issued by 7spoke. Participants do not need an account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use tuanis as a manager. By creating sessions and inviting participants, you warrant that:

• every participant you invite is at least 16 years old; or
• if you operate within an educational or institutional context where younger participants may be involved, your institution holds the appropriate parental or guardian consent for those participants and acts as the data controller for them.

tuanis is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has used tuanis, email info@7spoke.com and we will remove the relevant data.

You agree not to use tuanis to:

• collect responses you don't have the right to collect;
• run sessions that ask participants for sensitive personal information (financial details, government IDs, health data);
• harass, defame, or expose individuals through session content;
• attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape session data you don't own, or interfere with other managers' runs;
• send spam or otherwise abuse the email channels.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

You keep ownership of the questions, options, and responses you create or collect through tuanis. By using the service, you grant 7spoke a limited license to host, display, and process that content as needed to provide tuanis to you and your participants.

We aim to keep tuanis available, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, pause, or discontinue features. We'll notify signed-in managers of material changes.

You can stop using tuanis at any time and ask us to remove your account by emailing info@7spoke.com. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

tuanis is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, 7spoke disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, 7spoke is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of tuanis.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to signed-in managers by email and reflected in the date at the top of this page.

These terms are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of tuanis shall be brought before the competent courts in Switzerland; the specific seat will be confirmed on the completion of 7spoke's incorporation. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These terms, together with the privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 7spoke regarding tuanis and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the same subject.
